In order to get the life you want, you have to “deal” with the one you created. How did you get to where you are? Has everything to do with what happened to you, how your life, feelings, relationships and decisions created the “programing” that brought you here, now. The information presented to you in your life is what shaped you and all the decisions that you have made up to this point. But, this does not define you, nothing is set in stone, you can learn how to move into a life that is better, right from who you are in this moment, in order to get to the place you belong. The journey is easier when you start to slow down and connect the subconscious mind to the conscious mind.

The Subconscious Becomes Conscious.

The subconscious mind is the repository of all our habits, beliefs, reactions, and pre-programmed notions. It stores everything we have ever experienced and is our defining self. Bringing the content of our subconscious to our conscious state of mind allows us to gain a better understanding of ourselves and our lives. Your conscious is the present moment, your subconscious (sometimes referred to as the unconscious) needs to be aware of the now. When the subconscious and conscious minds are not connected, we create scenarios that are not real, created by the trauma and anxiety we have stored in our mind and body. The Disconnect of these two causes our life to get away from us, we make decisions that are not really our own, and we create lack in the life that can be abundant. We live a life that was written for us, we must connect to our subconscious to our conscious, this way we can connect to our power to write our life ourselves.
